Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Les Moise, Inc. (“Les Moise,” “we” or “us”) collects when you visit lesmoiseinc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. What happens in our Brookfield and Mequon stores is not covered here.

Information you give us

When you send us a message through a contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred store, the sport and service you’re interested in, and your message. We also note which page you sent it from.

If you ask to receive emails from us, we keep your email address and any preferences you choose so we can send them.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, and approximate location (city or region). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this.
• How you found us. Our own website cookie remembers how you first arrived, such as the site that referred you, the first page you saw, any campaign tags in the link, and advertising click identifiers (for example, from Google Ads). It stays for up to 90 days and is sent to us only if you submit a form, so we know which of our efforts are working.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

Advertising and remarketing

We may advertise online, including through Google Ads and social media platforms. These services, including Google, may use cookies to show you Les Moise ads on other websites based on your past visits to our site, and to measure how well those ads work. We do not give advertising platforms your name, email or message.

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google in Google’s Ad Settings, and from many other advertising companies at optout.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How we use information

• To answer your questions and help with fittings, demos, stringing, rentals and service.
• To send emails you asked for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand and improve the website and to measure our advertising.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and misuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Resend and Web3Forms, which deliver contact form messages to our inbox, and Resend for any emails you ask to receive.
• Google, for analytics and advertising as described above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our staff or the business.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to help you and run the business. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Just contact us using the details below. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any of them.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people and services that need it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
