A size chart can’t see your foot. A spec sheet can’t tell you how a racquet feels on your forehand. That takes a conversation — and for 80 years, that’s been our job.

We match the shell, shape, flex and support to your feet — and if something doesn’t feel right, come back and we’ll fix it.

More people ask it what they should be on before they come in, and that’s fine — bring the answer with you. We’ll check it against the things it can’t see: your feet, your game and where you actually play.

We can help you enjoy the things you love to do. That’s the whole point of the gear.

The sports changed.
The job didn’t.

It started in 1946 on Astor Street in downtown Milwaukee, under the Moise family. Our owner’s father bought the shop from them after working here through college — and today a third generation of the family is on the floor. Still family-owned, and still built on the same idea: know the gear, know the customer, and stand behind both.

Skis got wider. Snowboarding showed up. Pickleball exploded. Platform tennis found people willing to stand outside in January. Padel brought the glass into play.

The equipment changed. The reason people walk through the door didn’t — they want someone who knows what they’re looking at, and cares whether they get it right.
